Raw materials and supply chain
Performance starts with what goes in. Key materials are specified, inspected and traceable by batch.
Aluminium profiles
Thermally broken profiles from qualified mills, wall thickness verified per batch.
PA66 thermal breaks
PA66 GF25 polyamide strips - the key to thermal performance and condensation control.
EPDM gaskets
Composite foam EPDM gaskets for durable sealing and ageing resistance.
Tempered glass
Processed in-house: tempered, insulated, Low-E and laminated configurations.
Hardware systems
Multi-point locking hardware, sourced from established suppliers and cycle-tested.
Boards and surfaces
E0 / ENF grade boards with melamine, PET, lacquer and veneer finishes.
Testing centre
Air tightness, water tightness, wind load resistance and thermal performance are verified against the specification before dispatch.
